As many activities in the past and current year, the first general assembly of 2021 was held online.
UTE members from across Europe met and discussed, amongst other issues, the on-going projects, the future of the UTE festival and the admission of new UTE members.
The UTE is happy and honored to announce that Narodowy Stary Teatr im. Heleny Modrzejewskiej (Krakow, Poland), leading Polish theatre, became an UTE member. Under the new leadership of Waldemar Raźniak, the National Stary Teatr in Krakow wishes to “make their presence felt among the most electrifying phenomena in contemporary theatre” and “seek to uncover the Polish culture, showing it anew.” The UTE is ready to help them in their endeavour.
