Tackling the theme of war, the 2015 Reims Scènes d’Europe Festival featured two productions of the TERRORisms project: La Baraque by Aiat Fayez, directed by Ludovic Lagarde (Comédie de Reims) and God Waits at the Station by Maya Arad, directed by Shay Pitowski (Habima – National Theatre of Israel). Bob Wilson’s 1914 after Jaroslav Hašek and Karl Kraus (National Theatre Prague), created in the context of the "1914-2018" UTE project, was also invited, alongside performances by Luk Perceval, Yael Ronen, Simon Delétang, Johan Leysen, Mikaël Serre and Sanja Mitrović. The festival also hosted an artistic confrontation co-organised by the Union of European Theatres on the links between culture and politics.

"The commemoration of the centenary of the Great War provides us with the opportunity to exercise our memories. The festival came back to this world conflict through artistic works by great stage directors such as Robert Wilson and Luk Perceval, both of them presented in Reims for the first time. They conquered powerful texts: The Good Soldier Švejk by Jaroslav Hašek, All Quiet on the Western Front by Erich Maria Remarque, The Last Days of Mankind by Karl Kraus, and Under Fire by Henri Barbusse. Works by Sanja Mitrović, Yael Ronen and Mikaël Serre were also shown at the festival. All these creations were French premieres, exclusively shown at the Reims Scènes d'Europe."
