From 8th to 10th February 2013, the Union of Theatres of Europe will hold its first 2013 General Artistic Assembly and Meeting of the Board. The meeting will take place at the Schauspielhaus Graz, Austria and will bring together the representatives of the UTE member theatres and the members of the board.
The meeting will raise the issue of further transnational projects that will bind together several UTE member theatres in the context of long-term cooperation works. It will also deal with the organization and content of our 2013 projects: the ATELIER 200, the ATELIER 200:2 (half-portion) and the UTE DECENTRALIZED ACADEMY.
The projects being currently prepared include a project dealing with World War I and its consequences for the world, that is planned to take place between 2014-2018, but also, a very sensitive and ambitious project that will be kicked-off at the end of 2013 and which subject is still to be disclosed.
In the context of the General Artistic Assembly and Meeting of the Board, the Schauspielhaus Graz will present two of its productions:
After Franz Kafka
Directed by Viktor Bodó
In co-production with the Szputnyik Shipping Company, Budapest
