Ilan Ronen (president of the UTE and director of the Habima - National Theatre of Israel ), along with the UTE theatre members and personal members present on the General Assembly of the 9th and 10th February 2013, at the Schaupielhaus Graz, made some significant decisions concerning the future of the organisation.
Three new member-theatres were admitted to enter the Union:

As well as one new member of honour :
