On the 14 and 15 November 2015, the UTE member representatives have met in Vienna to attend the General Assembly of the UTE.
Held twice a year, UTE General Assemblies bring together all the UTE members’ representatives, in order to discuss and vote on major decisions regarding the future of the network. UTE members reflect on today’s most relevant topics, the role of the theatre and the UTE network in this context, they discuss the UTE programme, suggest activities, projects, vote on important administrative and legal questions.
This November the General Assembly took place at the Volkstheater Wien, in the context of a special artistic programme, the Serbian November, dealing with the the facets of immigration, with an emphasis on Serbian migration to Vienna, including guest-performances, a round-table, a conference and a movie.
